ASSIGNMENT 1: Photo Blog
In this assignment, in a group of 5, we were told to create a blog with the topics of food, culture and architecture in a region in Malaysia, which we chose- Kampung Morten, Ayer Keroh, Melaka. We have also focused on people, activities and cultural conservations on builings in Melaka. First of all, I have learned that it is very important for us to preserve our cultures here in Malaysia because it what make us special in our own different ways. Secondly, I have improved my communication skills as we were to interview the people there in Melaka. Next, I have developed my team building as we had to work in a group. Not only that, my time management have been improved too as we needed to plan our trips throughout the day in Melaka.

ASSIGNMENT 2: Mural Art Presentation
In this assignment, in a group of 5, we were needed to take photos of mural arts in the streets of Penang. After we have chosen the finalized 3 mural arts, we must present it in class and apply 5 communication concepts to each photo. Throughout this assignment, I have learned better communication cues and skills. I also have produced the feeling of appreciating art and culture even more. Next, I have developed my team building as we had to work in a group. Not only that, my time management have been improved too as we needed to plan our trips throughout the days in Penang

ASSIGNMENT 3: Business Comparison Presentation
In this assignment, we were told to compare 2 businesses of the same industry from different regions of Malaysia and then to present it out during class. My group which includes 5 members including me, chose the art industry because we as architecture stundents should appreciate art so that we could understand it better. The first art gallery was Penang Malay Artists Association (PMAA) which was located in Penang and our second gallery was Art House Gallery (AHG) which was located in Central Market, Kuala Lumpur. We had to interview the owners and staffs of the galleries to get more information and background about their galleries. With this, I have improved my communicating skills. Not only that, we had to do our own research about the galleries, where I had improved my research methods. As a group of 5, I also have improved my team building skills, time management and many more. Last but not least, I have learned to appreciate art more because many of the people don't know that the art industry is a business too, they not only paint but they also buy paintings and sell them to get profit to maintain their businesses.
