ASSIGNMENT 1: Back To Our Roots

This assignment is divided into 2 parts. The first part is to go back to our roots by doing a research about our family's background of the previous generations and their cultures in Asia. We were to transfer it to an infographic timeline and a short video presentation. The second part is to discover the family tradition and culture that has been practiced by our ancestors and it is still done by our family members during this generation. One of the things that I've learned in this assignment is that I feel closer to my culture and I understand it better. The second thing is I learned how to gather information better and translate to translate it in a compact and understandable way.

ASSIGNMENT 2: Project Runway

Project Runway consists of two parts: 1. to showcase the important scenes based on a true story movie, Kingdom of Heaven, in a group of 6. We were assigned to study its plots and the era of that time in the movie. We then chose characters for each of our group members, build our own costumes and divided the tasks equally to each members.

This assignment has made me understand further of the cultures in Europe and its history so we don't repeat them again. Next, is teamwork because we work as a big group, we had to sacrifice our time- time management. My social skills too have been improved.

Part 2:

Character background

REPORT

Part 2 is an individual work where we have to research about the background of our character that we acted in the movie and translate it into a booklet.

ASSIGNMENT 3: Postcard Series

This assignment requires us to make a series of postcards based on either architecture, food or people. I chose architecture with the binding factor of sunrises and sunsets. Through this assignment, I have appreciate architecture more as I was exposed to it when I did this. Next, I have improved my social skills as I met new people when I went to shoot the photographs. I also have improved on my photography and editing skills.
